InIdaho.com's
Expert Local Advice:
Tamarack
is great for snowboard enthusiasts as they are home to the
only Superpipe in the area. The Hells Canyon Superpipe is 18 feet
tall, 400 feet long and has a pitch of 16 degrees. In
addition there are several terrain parks including a
beginner and advanced park. Please also remember this
resort is NEW and still growing. Expect to experience
and see construction going on. If you will be skiing both
Tamarack and Brundage on the same trip, it is usually best
to hit Tamarack on Saturdays. Since the resort is new
it tends to be a little less busy
on the weekends than Brundage.
