This three bedroom chalet is located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac and has an oversized wrap-around deck, covered veranda style, with outdoor fireplace, deck furniture, gas grill and step down deck to the private hot tub. Located in a prime setting, with views of Lake Cascade, Osprey Meadows Golf Course and situated on the central hiking, biking and cross-country trail.
This chalet has an oversized two car garage with wall heater and large driveway allowing for comfortable SUV guest parking with room for a trailer. The main level of the home has an open floor-plan with wood-burning fireplace, formal dining area, granite countertops and kitchen island style bar seating and a fully furnished living room. A fully equipped functional kitchen allows you to cook and serve a formal meal. Two bedrooms are located on the main level. A queen-bedded suite with private full bath as well as a second bedroom with twin beds. There is a full bath located in the hallway plus washer/dryer. The master bedroom suite is located on the upper level with a gas fireplace, private bath, with sunken tub and tiled shower, and a king bed. A queen sofa sleeper is located in the living room should you require extra bedding. TV`s are located in each bedroom and you`ll find both Master bedroom and Living room TV`s with DVD players. Floor coverings are a combination of broadboard Tamarack pine, tile and carpet. Baseboard mounted forced air heating in the kitchen and all bathrooms.
