About "Unit 10"
Just a few blocks away from Bald Mountain ski lifts, this adorable two-bedroom condo is comfy, cozy, and all that you'll need for a perfect vacation. This condo is 1,253 sq. ft. and is conveniently all on one level with an elevator from the parking garage to the 3rd-floor entry.
The master bedroom has a king bed, a ductless A/C unit, and an adjoining master bath with a spa tub, separate shower, and a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a ductless A/C unit, and a hallway bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Down the hall, there is a small den with a sofa that pulls out to a single bed, a desk, and a TV with cable. There is also a stacked washer and dryer in the hallway.
Farther down the hall, is the dining room with a large table with benches to seat at least eight, and a kitchen bar with three more seats. This area also opens to the living room with a gas fireplace, ductless A/C unit, a large 42-inch flatscreen TV with cable, and plenty of seating for all. A small deck with a gas grill is off the living room as well.
Parking Notes: Underground parking with one assigned parking space.

The Westridge townhomes are deluxe 2 and 3 bedroom accommodations in the town of Ketchum. Enjoy walking access to both town and Bald Mountain. These are single story townhomes with an open underground parking area and elevators to each unit.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Westridge.

POLICIES
Westridge Unit 10 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depending on Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
