The only thing that might be improved in the future is that when 5 people are staying there, you might have 5 sets of towels ready to go. But when we finally found the time to call about another towel, two ladies came by & brought a whole big bag of towels. We had a little trouble understanding their communication. But we just used the towels as needed, and all was super. Thank you so much. Everything was as smooth as can be... from making the reservation to our arrival and the whole week... Super, everyone was very happy.
