About "Unit 11"
This lovely 1,475 sq. ft. condo offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and will sleep 6 people. It is located a short distance to both the River Run lifts at Bald Mountain and downtown. It is a very relaxing condo with comfortable furnishings. The living room has a gas fireplace and opens to a deck with views of Bald Mountain. There is also a portable A/C unit located in the living area for those hot summer days. There is a dining table that seats 6, along with 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar of the fully equipped kitchen.
This is a single story unit so everything is on one floor. The master bedroom has a queen bed with an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have two twin beds. There is an additional full bathroom for shared use.
The A/C is portable within this unit and is located in the living room area.
About Westridge
The Westridge townhomes are deluxe 2 and 3 bedroom accommodations in the town of Ketchum. Enjoy walking access to both town and Bald Mountain. These are single story townhomes with an open underground parking area and elevators to each unit.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Westridge.

"We loved the condo, the location, the garage, the access to elevator... we loved it all. The only thing that might be improved in the future is that when 5 people are staying there, you might have 5 sets of towels ready to go. But when we finally found the time to call about another towel, two ladies came by & brought a whole big bag of towels. We had a little trouble understanding their communication. But we just used the towels as needed, and all was super.
Thank you so much. Everything was as smooth as can be... from making the reservation to our arrival and the whole week... Super, everyone was very happy. The whole week we ranted and raved about our beautiful condo, so we spread the word about Westridge and about InIdaho. "

understand that our customers often choose a property based on
amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an
amenity not being available during your stay.
POLICIES
Westridge Unit 11 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depending on Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
