You can see the care and craftsmanship in these luxurious new townhomes - from the timber-framed portal bridge over Trail Creek to the natural materials and finishes that grace each home. The building follows the curve of Trail Creek, nestled against its edge. All residences are sited so they have views of Baldy Mountain from the living areas and primary decks, as well as views of Dollar Mountain from the other side.
Trail Creek Condominiums with over 420 feet of frontage on tranquil Trail Creek are located approximately three blocks from downtown Ketchum and approximately 3/4 mile from the River Run ski lift access area. This complex offers peaceful escape yet has easy access to entertainment, dining and outdoor recreation. Convenient and quiet access to downtown via Leadville Ave. The complex has an inviting residential lobby with fireplace, bookcases, artwork and comfortable seating. You will have controlled access to the main entry and two elevators for convenient access to homes from garage and entry. There is a covered pedestrian bridge over Trail Creek that leads to main street and downtown Ketchum. There is a free shuttle that picks up across main street and will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and/or the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts
