The floor plan is ideal with all the bedrooms on the first floor facing east towards the morning sun and the living area, kitchen, etc on the second level facing west to Bald Mountain.
The master suite has private attached bathroom with radiant floor heat, double vanity, jetted tub and separate shower as well as walk-in closet. The second guest suite also features radiant floor heat, double vanity, a shower/tub combo. Each bedroom has a Queen bed and flat screen TV. The main master suite also has access to an outdoor patio.
The second level living area is very spacious with cathedral ceilings and floor to ceiling windows letting in lots of light. There is deck access, a gas fireplace, open dining area with seating for six. The gourmet kitchen continues with high-end finishes, professional gas stove, and stainless steel appliances. The Den is also on this level with 2 Twin daybeds providing additional sleeping space. There is a 50-inch flat screen TV, DVD player, Bose sound system, Wireless Internet, Central A/C, elevator access from the heated underground garage (1 parking space available).

This complex offers peaceful escape yet has easy access to entertainment, dining and outdoor recreation. Convenient and quiet access to downtown via Leadville Ave. The complex has an inviting residential lobby with fireplace, bookcases, artwork and comfortable seating. You will have controlled access to the main entry and two elevators for convenient access to homes from garage and entry. There is a covered pedestrian bridge over Trail Creek that leads to main street and downtown Ketchum. There is a free shuttle that picks up across main street and will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and/or the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts

Trail Creek Crossing Unit C204 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
