"The condo is in a perfect location and has alot of extra's that most don't provide. It is beautifully furnished and absolutely gorgeous. We had a girls weekend trip for a wedding and could not have been more pleased. I highly recommend the condo!!"

Strategically located in the middle of downtown Ketchum's heart and hub of activity, the Colonnade is located just two to four blocks from shopping, restaurants, art galleries, grocery stores, movie theaters, and night life.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Colonnade Townhomes.

General Location: The Colonade complex is located in the downtown core of Ketchum above the intersection of Sun Valley Road and East Avenue. Shopping, galleries, restaurants and access to amenities of down town Ketchum are right out the door.

Amenities such as hot tubs and pools are
especially susceptible to closure for maintenance. While we
understand that our customers often choose a property based on
amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an
amenity not being available during your stay.
POLICIES
Colonnade Townhomes Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 5-7 nights depending on the season
Check In/Out Time: 5:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Directions to accommodations provided prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 25% deposit is due at time of booking. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day. If a booking is made on or less than 60 days before your arrival day, full payment will be due upon booking. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your arrival day, a full refund will be issued less a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds once you are 59 days or less prior to your arrival day. (May vary with packages)
