About "Unit 11"
Walk everywhere from this inviting three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom condo in the heart of Ketchum. Conveniently laid out on a single floor, this unit sleeps five guests. Take the free shuttle to River Run Lodge for skiing in the winter or lift-served hiking and biking in the summer, or ride to Sun Valley Lodge for year-round recreation.
This second-level, corner unit is bright and airy with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and windows to let in the natural light. There is cushioned, bench seating that lines two walls of full-length windows, offering views of the town and surrounding mountains.
After a day of activities, come back and cozy up to the wood-burning fireplace with a book or unwind with a movie on the flatscreen TV. For the full cinematic experience, there is a dedicated media room down the hall with a large TV and a wrap-around sofa.
Next to the living area is a distressed, hardwood dining table that seats up to six guests, creatively using the window seating. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to make home-cooked meals. There are four chairs at the breakfast bar as well for extra seating.
The primary suite features a king bed and multiple seating areas. There are glass doors that lead to a private deck with seasonal furniture to take in the views. The en-suite bathroom also has a jetted tub to come back and relax your sore muscles after a day on the slopes. The second bedroom also has a king bed and features impressive double-height ceilings and mountain views through the floor-to-ceiling windows! This en-suite bathroom has a shower. The last bedroom has two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a shower.
Outside, enjoy a spacious, private deck overlooking the mountains with a dining table for six to dine al fresco on those warm summer nights.
Things to Note: This home is not suitable for children under the age of 12. There is a split a/c unit in the kitchen and living room area only.

POLICIES
Colonnade Townhomes Unit 11 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 5-7 nights depending on the season
Check In/Out Time: 5:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Directions to accommodations provided prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 25% deposit is due at time of booking. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day. If a booking is made on or less than 60 days before your arrival day, full payment will be due upon booking. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your arrival day, a full refund will be issued less a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds once you are 59 days or less prior to your arrival day. (May vary with packages)
