Gaze out across meadows, treetops, and snow-capped mountain peaks from both inside and outside this light-filled home in Hope. Stunningly situated near the shores of Lake Pend Oreille, this is a wonderful place for boating, hiking, skiing, and making lifelong memories in the great outdoors.
This two-story home sits just up the road from Denton Slough, on an open and expansive piece of property with sweeping views. Featuring a dock and private waterfront, you're sure to have a glorious day spent out on the water! You'll also be less than three miles from Sam Owen Campground, a great spot to launch a boat on Lake Pend Oreille, swim at the sandy beach, observe wildlife, and fish for Kamloops, Dolly Varden, northern pike, trout, and catfish. Downtown Sandpoint (21 miles) and the slopes of Schweitzer (29 miles) are within an easy, scenic drive as well.
After a day out on the water, you can relax on the expansive front deck. Soak up the view, watch your kids and dogs play in the yard (part of which is fenced), and snack on a few appetizers as the sun sets behind the mountains.
As you step inside the main living space, you'll be greeted by three walls of glass framing the gorgeous mountain setting. Curl up in the warmth of the wood stove, set up a board game at the dining room table, or stream a favorite movie on the Smart TV. Just around the corner is a polished kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast table, and a laundry nook by the back door.
Of the bedrooms, one is a primary suite on the main floor with its own Smart TV, a three-season porch, a dressing room, and a bathroom. Three additional bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom) await upstairs. The two bedrooms with double beds are connected so you have to go through one bedroom to get to the other.
Things to Note: There is a Ring camera at the front entry door. Please respect the serene environment around you. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am.

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended.
