This, in addition to the gas grill available, makes it the perfect spot for family barbecues overlooking the water. Soak in the modern and brand-new outdoor hot tub for a soothing evening, and keep an eye out for the local deer that frequent the yard! If you are lucky enough, you may spot them.
Inside, this marvelous gem of a home features a well-appointed great room with a huge 72-inch Smart TV, a game table overlooking the lake, comfortable sofas, two fully-equipped kitchens with fine Riedel crystal wine glasses for guest use, gourmet knives, and all major appliances needed to prepare the most delicious meals for everyone; whether it's a full-course meal, a quick lunch, or finger foods, both kitchens will surely make cooking a breeze. The dining room and kitchen bar seat 10+ people, which is just perfect for family meals. The cozy living room has unparalleled lake views and features a wood-burning fireplace for chilly nights. Nothing beats snuggling up with your favorite blanket by the fire. This home is a wonderful summer vacation spot as well as a perfect winter ski cabin.
Things to Know: You must be 28 years or older to rent this property. There is a charging station for electric vehicles (guests will need an adapter for the car charging outlet which is a Nema 14-5). The lake level is damn controlled and fluctuates throughout the year; dock access is not guaranteed year-round.
Parking Notes: 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway, a total of 4 vehicles. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
