Description:
Spend your days exploring the outdoors, then come home to a cozy retreat! Conveniently located for hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and more! This home is tucked amid the mountains and offers ample room for your whole group to kick back and relax. Enjoy leisurely afternoons relaxing in your enclosed backyard. The covered patio boasts a gas grill and outdoor seating for year-round barbecues, while the large grassy area provides plenty of room for lawn games.

Inside, settle into the sun-lit living room and stream your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV or watch one of the movies from the DVD library. Prepare vacation recipes in the well-equipped kitchen that features stainless steel appliances. Share meals between the two-person kitchen bar and an adjacent dining table.

Parking Notes: We ask that guests strictly use the driveway for parking at this time and refrain from using or entering the garage. The owner is currently using it as storage and is in the process of moving her belongings out.
This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".
Cancellation Policy:  To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
