Description:
Get away from it all and indulge in that relaxing vacation to the beauty of Sandpoint at this wonderful wooded home tucked away in privacy. You'll be just 4.5 miles from the downtown Sandpoint area. During the winter months when you want to get out and ride, you'll be about 10 miles to Schweitzer Mountain Resort.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas range for easy meal prep and a wood stove to cozy up beside at the end of each day of adventure. Come summer, step out to the large backyard and fire up the gas grill to start dinner while you soak in the hot tub after and the kids play on the lawn or play in the treehouse. Plus, with a large sofa and flatscreen TV, you will have a perfect space to kick back and settle down with a movie night. When it's time to call it a night, you'll have three bedrooms to take advantage of, and the main bedroom even has an en-suite bath with a jetted spa tub.
This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".
Cancellation Policy:  To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
