With so much fun to be had right at home, you may not venture far if you stay at this charming home plus casita, sitting right on the waterfront of Lake Pend Oreille. Outdoor highlights include a spectacular view of the lake and Schweitzer Mountain from both houses, a private dock with room for two boats or jet skis, and a private, on-water boathouse tiki bar, complete with a grill, microwave, sink, and fridge. If you're feeling active, grab one of the two kayaks and slip into the water for a paddle. Or, hop in your boat and take a one-minute boat ride across the water to Bottle Bay Marina or a 10-minute boat ride to downtown Sandpoint. Choose from sun or shade, and entertain in multiple areas with several decks, al fresco dining options, a private hot tub, and a waterfront seasonal fire pit.

Inside, you'll find a space just as fun and thoughtfully designed. The main house features modern decor and finishes in an open layout, along with lots of natural light. A full, modern kitchen with butcher block countertops and stainless steel appliances opens onto the dining area and living room. Spend cozy evenings snuggled up in front of the woodstove or catching up on remote work at the window-front desk. The casita just above the main house is perfect for those looking for a bit more privacy, with a wood stove of its own and a convenient kitchenette, featuring a two-burner stovetop, mini-fridge, and microwave. Don't call it a night before one last soak in the hot tub or a fire pit s'mores session, spent chatting about the day and admiring the clear night sky.

Things to Know: This home allows up to 8 adults maximum and including children will allow up to 10 guests. Extra sleeping space: (main house) a queen futon and queen sofa bed; (casita) twin bed.

Parking Notes: 2 large vehicles or 3 smaller vehicles. Please do NOT bring more vehicles than the space allows. Parking is VERY limited and will be strictly enforced. Park directly in front of the house, tight to the waterside, and leave room for cars to get by. Please note that there is a limited turn-around space. There is NO boat trailer/trailer parking on-site. There is a small boat launch at the Bottle Bay Marina, but no overnight parking. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".
