Spend fun evenings on the furnished deck chatting with your friends, admiring the breathtaking mountain and lake views, barbecuing using the gas grill available, or simply relaxing and planning your next adventures. Bring your favorite books or magazines and snuggle up on the sofa to spend a relaxing evening at home, or take advantage of the flatscreen Smart TV and stream your favorite movies or series, with your own streaming accounts.

The kitchen boasts incredible, stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze no matter your level of expertise and an island that seats two. For more formal meals, the dining table seats up to four. The first level also features a suite and a full bath with a small tub. The upper level boasts a loft area with a well-equipped desk, another bed, and a full bath with a walk-in shower.

Things to Note: You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Cell service is limited. AT&T cell service is limited, however, Verizon is adequate. Please keep in mind that the space is not conducive to young children due to the nature of the deck.
