Description:
Welcome to the home away from home that will host the getaway of your dreams. Eagles Nest offers guests a great location 10 minutes to town but still feels remote and secluded. The neighborhood has a private beach to enjoy a picnic or utilize the lake in the summertime. In the wintertime, you can enjoy world-class skiing at Schweitzer only 19 miles away.
The house footprint was well thought out to take advantage of the views. There is a seasonal creek on the property and 6 acres to explore with a few walking paths. The large deck off of the living room is a great place to relax and enjoy the views.
The basement is set up either as a hangout spot for the kids or a quiet office to get work done. The kitchen and living room are a large open space to congregate during meals and there are two full bathrooms for convenience. There is also internet service and a strong cell signal in the house along with 3 Smart TVs.
Parking notes: There is space for 2 vehicles outside and 2 more vehicles in the garage.
Please note: The fireplace is propane run, so needs to be shut off when not in use. The trash needs to be brought down to the dumpster near the entrance of the neighborhood. The house is on a septic system, so no flushable wipes (just toilet paper) or bleach products.
There is a private hot tub located on the deck. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
