Description:
Experience the lake life from a different point of view at this lakefront float house! All you have to do is step out your door and you'll be in the water!
The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances needed to whip up tasty meals and snacks on the go. There's even a countertop dishwasher to make lake life easier. There is also a small combo washer/dryer that will be great for rinsing and spinning swimming gear. However, for larger loads, there is a laundry up by the restaurant.
Both bedrooms are separated by a convenient living area with 2 armchairs and a flatscreen TV. The full bathroom available has a stand-alone shower.
Please note that even though there are no steps to entry, this is a float home and it moves around quite often. We ask you to consider this if you have mobility issues.
The dock is public but there is no swimming off the dock. There is a boat launch and public area for guests to swim and launch boats in Bayview. Guests can contact Scenic Bay Marina regarding daily boat docking fees.
Parking Notes: Park above C dock gate. Beginning May 1, 2022, all vehicles parked in floating home lots will require a parking permit. The Bayview Marina charges $5/vehicle per day to park (subject to change without notice). We apologize for any inconvenience but we have no control over the marina and its policies. The Marina can be reached at 208-683-2243. Their hours of operation are 9:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. (subject to change without notice). If you arrive after they close please see the marina in the morning for a pass.

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
