Description:
Sitzmark Ski Home - Sandpoint, ID is just one mile from Schweitzer Ski Resort. This expansive 6 bedroom 3.5 home will accommodate up to 16 guests.

Boasting four stories, an expansive deck with lots of wooded privacy, a private sauna to relax in each evening, and a huge wine cellar with bar seating and a flat screen TV, and a game room complete with Ping-Pong, foosball, a fun sectional sofa, and a flat screen TV, guests of all ages will have no delay in having the time of their lives. When mealtimes come around, the gourmet kitchen has everything from a gas range and stainless steel appliances to spacious countertops and all of the utensils needed to whip up tasty recipes with ease. Not to mention, a media room with a sofa and flat screen TV and a kitchenette with a full-size fridge, microwave, and sink is on the lower level of the home to whip up movie snacks without having to go upstairs.
This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".
Cancellation Policy:  To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
