"Rio Vista Subdivision" Description: Rio Vista is a residential subdivision located southwest of downtown McCall. The Rio Vista neighborhood is wooded and some parts reach to the west side of the Payette River. The subdivision is within easy driving distance to Payette Lake and downtown McCall, yet in a quiet location. Some vacation homes in this subdivision have river views and others are located on the Rio Vista Pond. Homes and cabins bordering the pond, have pond access.
