This Waterfront Ranch on Lake Pend Oreille is located in Sagle, ID. It sits on 23 acres and borders 150 acres of state land with trails and additional waterfront area. There are 2.5-bedroom and 2-baths that will sleep up to 6 guests.
This lakefront home has a landscaped yard, BBQ, sitting area and sandy beach. You also have access to an L-shaped dock, with protected moorage, in a protected bay.
Please note: The owners may need access to the back barn and garden area periodically but this area is out of the way from the home. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
