Description:
This home is perfect for a large family or group of friends looking to escape the city and experience the great outdoors. A gas fireplace in the living room adds to the cozy atmosphere created by the rustic decor and surrounding forests. This home provides several board games, darts, puzzles, books, toys for small children, and even a media library for relaxing nights in.
This house is located across the street from the Pend Oreille River, where you will find a shared dock, non-motorized water toys, and a sandy, seasonal fire pit area in the backyard of the home across the street. From June through mid-September, you can park the car and enjoy your entire vacation in and on the water. Boat over to dozens of restaurants, a couple less than a mile away, some of which will even deliver the food right to your boat! Sandpoint is six miles away and Priest River is only 12 miles by water. If you're traveling in the winter, pack your skis and drive the 25 miles north to Schweitzer Mountain Resort. In spring, summer, and fall you can head 32 miles south to enjoy the Silverwood Theme Park or travel 16 miles further to reach downtown Coeur d'Alene for phenomenal dining and excursion options.

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
