The living room with its comfy furniture and gas fireplace is inviting especially with the amazing lake and mountain views right outside! A flat-screen HDTV has cable access and a DVD player for relaxing with a movie in the evening. The open floor plan flows from the living room to a dining area with seating for six plus a small bistro set for two. The renovated kitchen has a fun tile back-splash and new appliances.
Step out the sliding glass doors to the large deck and enjoy the sweeping lake views! Deck furniture is provided as is a gas BBQ. Relax after a day of adventure in the private hot tub! A recreation room with Ping-Pond table provides fun and entertainment!
With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this home can accommodate up to eight guests. The Master bedroom has a new Queen memory foam bed, private bathroom and floor to ceiling windows with lake views plus patio access. The second guest room features coastal decor and a Queen bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a Twin over Double. Another Twin trundle underneath provides extra room for guests.

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
