This adorable single-level home has been recently remodeled with bright, cheery colors and fun vintage decor throughout. The living room with its comfy furniture and gas fireplace is inviting especially with the amazing lake and mountain views right outside! A flat-screen HDTV has cable access and a DVD player for relaxing with a movie in the evening. The open floor plan flows from the living room to a dining area with seating for six plus a small bistro set for two. The renovated kitchen has a fun tile back-splash and new appliances.
Step out the sliding glass doors to the large deck and enjoy the sweeping lake views! Deck furniture is provided as is a gas BBQ. Relax after a day of adventure in the private hot tub! A recreation room with Ping-Pond table provides fun and entertainment!
With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this home can accommodate up to eight guests. The Master bedroom has a new Queen memory foam bed, private bathroom and floor to ceiling windows with lake views plus patio access. The second guest room features coastal decor and a Queen bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a Twin over Double. Another Twin trundle underneath provides extra room for guests.

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
