Description
This Cottonwood Condo is comfortable for a family or two couples. This unit features two bedrooms and is a very light and sunny in every room, with lovely views of the trees from every room. Tastefully furnished and in excellent shape. The Master has a King bed and flat screen TV, the second bedroom has two twins that can be bridged to a King; there are two bathrooms with tub/shower combinations. The living room is very spacious and comfortable with a large gas fireplace, large flat screen TV. The dining room is also very spacious with dining table and seating for 6 people. From the dining area you can also access the deck that has seating and great views of the complex.

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
25% deposit is due at time of booking. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day. If a booking is made on or less than 60 days before your arrival day, full payment will be due upon booking. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your arrival day, a full refund will be issued less a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds once you are 59 days or less prior to your arrival day. (May vary with specials & packages)
