It is perfect for a family of four or two couples. There is high-speed internet for streaming or watching TV, including cable service. There is a private ski storage locker at the front door and a guest closet at the entry. The window coverings are all top down/bottom up to allow privacy while enjoying the beautiful condo grounds.

The living area is spacious and offers a 65-inch OLED Smart TV with a Sonos sound system. The Sonos sound system continues throughout the condo to enjoy your favorite music (will need to have the Sonos app). The new two-sided gas fireplace offers warmth and ambiance. The living room has comfortable seating to relax, read, or watch TV. There is a casual game or breakfast table in the living room and a small desk workspace.

The dining room has a bar and game cabinet, as well as access to the outside deck. The table will seat six comfortably. The door to the deck is off the dining room, which is surrounded by a grassy area, a creek, beautiful flowers in the spring and summer, and beautiful snow-covered grounds in the winter. There is a gas BBQ and outdoor seating.

The gourmet galley kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make meals. There is a dishwasher as well to make clean up easy. The kitchen has granite countertops and extends to create counter seating for two just off the dining room. There is a stack washer/dryer combo just off the kitchen.

The master bedroom is located just off the living room with barn doors and has a beautiful view of the condo grounds. In the Spring and Summer, you can open the windows and enjoy the sounds of the nearby creek. It features a king bed with a new mattress and an en-suite bathroom with a single sink and shower/tub combo with a dressing and closet area. The second bedroom has a new queen bed, a large closet, a sitting area, and a small TV with cable service, an en-suite bathroom with a single sink and tub/shower combo.

Things to Note: You will have access to the Sun Valley Amenities, including the Sun Valley Inn & Olympic pool, receive the hotel rate for Sun Valley Golf, and a discount on the seasonal tennis and pickle ball court fees, Gun Club package, and one-hour trail rides at the SV Stables. There is a maximum of five guest passes per reservation.
