Things to know:
Johnson & Company General Cancellation Policy:
Policy may not apply to all listings or special promotions or
packages. Please check individual listings too.
$50 cancellation fee if you cancel at any time. Your credit card will secure your reservation with a non-refundable 25% deposit. The balance of your reservation is due 30 days before you check in and is non refundable. If you cancel prior to 30 days of your arrival date, you will not be charged the remaining balance.
You will be held financially responsible for any and all damages and or missing inventory, up to and above your deposit. If it there were more people occupying the unit than allowed, you will be charged $50 per person over the maximum guests allowed. (The rental agreement that you sign states the number of people allowed for the unit). Also if it is determined that a pet or smoking was in the rental unit, your credit card will be charged for the cost to remove all evidence of pets or smoke.
What is provided at Check In?
In each bathroom: 1 hand soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper and towels. Also provided: 1 dishwasher tablet, all basic cooking and eating utensils and at least one garbage bag per can. All linens are also provided. Firewood is not guaranteed LP gas is provided for gas BBQ's, it is requested that each guest refill upon departure. Please note that amenities are subject to change without notice to this site and are not guaranteed (Units are furnished by their individual owners).(Subject to change without notice)
