About "Unit 10"
This two-and-a-half bedroom, three-bath, two-story condo is one of our closest units to the Warm Springs Lodge and lifts. The unit offers inviting, pleasing accommodations with moderate furnishings and some updated features. It has a second-floor entry and at 1,200 sq. ft., this unit will sleep up to seven guests.
The living room has a 50-inch Smart TV with Roku built-in, as well as a DVD, and CD player. There is WiFi, a wood-burning river rock fireplace, and a balcony with great views of Bald Mountain! It has a full kitchen and dining table that will seat up to eight.
The master bedroom offers a queen bed, a 36-inch TV with Chromecast capability, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed with access to a full bath off of the hallway. A twin and double bed are in the loft, which is open to the living room. The loft also has its own bathroom with a shower only and a washer/dryer.
There is a ski closet outside the unit's front door for ski storage. A sliding glass door leads to a second-floor balcony with Bald Mountain views.

About Greyhawk
Greyhawk offers two and three bedroom units just a stones' throw from the lifts. All have fireplaces and mountain views. Amenities include outdoor pool that is heated to hot tub temps in Winter, sauna and on-site laundry facilities.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Greyhawk.

POLICIES
Greyhawk Unit 10 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depending on time of year and occupancy.
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
