Climb up the stairs to reach the second floor and be amazed by the bright and airy open floor plan. The living area offers a great spot to unwind and watch fun shows and movies on the Smart TV. Attached to the living area is a balcony with beautiful mountain views. Equipped with all stainless steel appliances, the kitchen will have your back. Surprise your loved ones with exquisite meals and snacks on the go! This level enjoys a second bedroom. The third floor is home to the primary suite, which offers an en-suite bathroom.
Additional perks you will find include an on-site washer/dryer and Chillwell portable A/Cs in the bedrooms.

POLICIES
Broken Pine Townhomes Unit 202 (McCalls Marvel) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2+ Depending on the Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
