When everyone returns to home base, the backyard will be just the place for summer cookouts and family gatherings around the seasonal fire pit on warm summer evenings. Come chillier times of the year, the spacious living room features a gas fireplace, sectional sofa, and large TV for movie nights. The culinary-inclined guests will be in paradise as well when they see the modern kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, modern cookware, a gas range, and bar seating to make meal prep a breeze. Plus, WiFi and streaming capabilities will keep everyone entertained until it is time to hit the hay and recharge in one of the three bedrooms.

About Autumn Wood
Complex Features: The Autumn Woods Townhomes are located five blocks from the River Run parking area, one block from the bike path and several blocks from the restaurants and shops of central Ketchum. A free shuttle picks up about a block away and will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum and to the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.

POLICIES
Autumn Wood Unit 473B (Wood River Retreat) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 nights depending on season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
