This 2-story second-level entry 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo offers 1369 square feet of living space and will sleep 6 guests. On the main level are the living area, kitchen, dining and one of the 3 bedrooms. The living area has a gas fireplace, a 55-inch flat-screen TV ceiling fan, and access to a deck with outdoor chairs. The fully stocked kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats 6. The bedroom has a King bed and ensuite bath with single sink vanity and shower only.
On the upper level is the master bedroom with a King bed, ceiling fan, sitting area with 55-inch flat-screen TV, and access to the deck with outdoor chairs. The ensuite bath has a single sink vanity and shower only. The second bedroom on this level has a King bed and ensuite bath with a single sink vanity and shower/tub combo.
Sun Valley Resort Amenities are NOT included with this property. There is NO POOL access.
Complex Features: The Cottonwood Condominiums are located on Dollar Road just across from the Sun Valley Village. The Sun Valley Pavilion is about two blocks away. This is the best location for convenient access to indoor and outdoor ice-skating rinks, pools, shops, and meeting facilities. The location is known for its privacy and tranquility, featuring a blend of comfort, warmth, and scenery. Landscaping includes ponds and streams on the grounds. Bald Mountain ski lifts are 1.5 miles away and Dollar Mountain ski lifts are 0.5 miles away. Both ski lifts and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle that stops at the entrance to the Cottonwoods. In the summer the bike path provides miles of scenic biking or walking enjoyment.
About Cottonwood
The Cottonwood Condominiums are located on Dollar Road about 2 city blocks from the Sun Valley Village. Ski lifts are 1.5 miles away, but reachable by KART busses which stop at the village circle. Beyond the indoor ice rink and just across the street, Cottonwood Condominiums, offer one, two and three bedroom units. A perfect family option, fireplace and decks come with all condominiums.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Cottonwood.

especially susceptible to closure for maintenance. While we
understand that our customers often choose a property based on
amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an
amenity not being available during your stay.
POLICIES
Cottonwood Unit 1415 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depends on season.
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
