About "Unit 1071 (Atelier Advantage)"
Featuring rustic decor and lots of open space to move around in, this lovely studio is the perfect staging point for your next Sun Valley vacation! There is lots of natural light streaming in through large windows, allowing for a bright and inviting interior. The full kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and lots of storage.
Outside, you can use the gas grill to host a warm-weather barbecue on the furnished deck. After a long hike on one of the many nearby trails, you can use the private washer and dryer to knock out that dirty laundry, so you can afford to pack light for your trip. When it's time to wrap up your evenings, you'll have a luxurious queen bed to fall into for a night of perfect slumber.
Parking Notes: Vehicles may be parked in designated parking areas. Observe the no parking signs and reserved/disabled parking spaces. The parking of trailers is not allowed, as there is limited parking available and the parking lots are very small. There may be parking available at the River Run parking lot on 3rd Ave. in Ketchum, but it is not supervised and guests park at their own risk.
About Atelier
The Atelier condominiums are located on Old Dollar Road just across from the Sun Valley Lake. Sun Valley Resort's pool, tennis courts and hot tub are a walk or drive of a few hundred yards.

are not confirmed until you have made a reservation. We will always
strive to get you the lowest possible price.

management company. Sometimes owners may change amenities
without notifying us. Additionally, amenities may break or
suddenly become unavailable. InIdaho does not guarantee any
amenity including hot tub use and internet access and does not
provide a credit or refund for missing or amenities that are not
available during your stay. All rentals are subject to our

POLICIES
Atelier Unit 1071 (Atelier Advantage) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 nights depending on the season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
