This wonderful Sunbird townhome is perfect for an escape for the whole family. You can even bring along your canine friend (with approval)! On a beautiful summer evening, the balcony is the ideal place to relax and sip on your favorite beverage after a day of hiking. In the winter, after a day on the mountain, you can come back and take advantage of the full kitchen to whip a home-cooked meal. Afterward, you can curl up, watch a movie, and soak in the warmth of the gas fireplace.
Guests will be close to fishing, skiing, hiking, and more! Steps away, the local bike path offers trails leading all over the valley. For the skier and snowboarders of the group, River Run Ski Lifts are a walk away. Downtown Ketchum, just under 1-mile away, has an abundance of shopping, dining, and entertainment for all to enjoy.
The bonus bunk room is located off the garage and there is no bathroom on that level. In addition, it has an exterior door that exits out of the property and therefore is not suitable for young children. All other bedrooms are on different levels of the home.
Please note there is no fitness access.
About Sunbird Condos
The Sunbird condos new units are in the River Run area of Ketchum, convenient to the downtown area, and only a few blocks to the River Run ski lifts. The complex is on the bike path that is groomed in the winter to ski to the the mountain or cross country ski trails. In the summer you can ride your bikes or walk into town.

POLICIES
Sunbird Condos Unit 4 (River Run Sun Bird Escape) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2+ Depending on the Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
