About "Unit 037-H (Ponderosa Retreat)"
Ponderosa Retreat consists of 3.5-bedrooms and 2-baths, allowing for plenty of room to spread out for up to 9 guests. The wood-burning fireplace (guests will find firewood in the garage for your stay) located in the main floor living room is a wonderful spot to relax and warm up during those cold wintry evenings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that your group will need including plenty of seating with a breakfast bar that seats 4 and a dining table for 6.
You'll find 2 queen beds in this unit, one in the spacious master and one in the guest bedroom. The loft is the perfect kids' hideaway including a classic Atari gaming console, a table for crafts or games, and a sofa sleeper. The third bedroom is located off the loft area and consists of 2 twin beds, a trundle twin bed, and another TV.
Toss your hiking socks in the private washer/dryer, bring along a few movies to watch on the TV and DVD player, and prepare homemade meals with your loved ones in the full kitchen.
Guests will have access to a single-car garage for parking or storing your equipment and toys.
About Aspen Village
Aspen Village condos back up to the McCall Golf Course and each unit is individually owned with its own character and decor. They are walking distance to Davis Beach, Payette Lake, Ponderosa State Park and downtown McCall.
Aspen Village has an on site sports club for lodging guests to use. The club features an indoor pool, racquetball courts, basketball court, hot tub, sauna and fitness center.
Aspen Village is the largest condominium complex in McCall which makes it perfect for groups and family reunions. Please note that the Aspen Village complex no longer allows RV's and trailers, particularly snowmobile trailers, within Aspen Village, per the covenants of the condominium association.
Hours for the Aspen Village Clubhouse are Mon-Fri (6am-9pm), Sat (9am-9pm) and Sun (9am-5pm). Closed on Christmas Day, Easter Sunday and limited hours on New Years Eve & New Years Day. Hours subject to change and may vary over holidays.

POLICIES
Aspen Village Unit 037-H (Ponderosa Retreat) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2-4 depending on the season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Details provided prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
