After a full day of fun, the whole gang can gather in the spacious living area or reminisce at the breakfast bar as the culinary-inclined guests whip up a tasty meal in the gourmet kitchen boasting high-end appliances and ample space for meal prep. Plus, warmer evenings can easily be spent out on the deck with a glass of wine as the sun dips below the treetops.
Located just over a mile north from the main drag of Ketchum, there will be no delay in heading into town and checking out the various shops, restaurants, and nightlife. If the skiers are itching to get on the mountain, they will be glad to know that the lifts are located a mile away in the neighborhood for easy access to fresh powder. Not to mention, summer months uncover pristine hiking and biking trails that you will not want to miss.
About Pine Ridge Townhome
This small, quiet condo complex has fully landscaped common areas with walking paths, fountains, and flowers in the Spring and Summer. Very close to downtown Ketchum and an easy 20 min. drive from the Sun Valley Airport. The Pine Ridge Townhomes are located right on the Sun Valley bike path and the free KART shuttle bus route. You can leave your car in the heated garage and use the FREE bus to ski at Warm Springs Lodge or into Ketchum for the night life and dining.

POLICIES
Pine Ridge Townhome Unit 18 (Mountain Modern) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 7 night minimum
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
