This immaculate condo is the perfect place for couples or a small family to enjoy a getaway. You can appreciate the calming fountain on the pond from the living room, deck, and loft bedroom. After a day on the town, come back and make a wonderful meal in the beautifully stocked full kitchen or take advantage of the shared gas grill.
This is a high-end location with walking trails, a common outdoor deck with seating area, BBQs and an outdoor fire pit. You'll have everything you could want within walking distance! Restaurants, shops, salons, and more will be at your fingertips! You can walk to Centennial Trail for 23 miles of paved trail for walking, biking, and jogging.
About Village at Riverstone
The Riverstone Condos are located on Main Street in downtown Coeur d'Alene. This is a great location for shopping, movies, walking trails, walking to the park or Lake. There is a common area on the 2nd floor with BBQ & gas firepit.

POLICIES
Village at Riverstone Unit 235 (Fabulous Riverstone Retreat) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2+ Depending on the Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
