This single-level condo has rustic touches and modern comfort, perfect for a romantic getaway. In the summer, the deck is the perfect place to BBQ, relax, and take in the view of the pond. In the winter, you can kick back by the fireplace and watch some of your favorite shows on cable TV after a day of activities.
Less than half a mile away, guests will have access to the community's shared seasonal pools, hot tubs, saunas, and more. The Harker Center pool and spa is closed from Labor Day until Memorial Day. Elkhorn Village hot tubs are closed seasonally for maintenance; they will be closed from the end of September until after Thanksgiving, then in the spring when the mountain closes for skiing April through Memorial Day. Golf and tennis are closed from November 1 through May 1; this is weather dependent and could be extended or shortened at the discretion of the association with/without cause or notice.
Please Note: There is free Wi-Fi available at this unit, however, this is the association's Wi-Fi and can be unreliable and difficult to stream at times, due to traffic. Also, the parking of trailers is not allowed, as there is limited parking available and the parking lots are very small.
About Indian Springs
Just a stone's throw from the Village, Indian Springs offers units with fireplaces. The Indian Springs Complex is located on the Elkhorn Golf Course and near the bike path.

POLICIES
Indian Springs Unit 2395 (Sunny Sun Valley Getaway) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-10 depending on Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
