About "Unit 2778"
This two-and-a-half-bedroom, two-bath, three-level condo offers 1,700 sq. ft. with sleeping for six guests.
On the entry-level, you'll find the master bedroom and the second bedroom, each with a single queen bed. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a deck with built-in benches. There is a full-size washer/dryer in the hall adjacent to the hall bathroom that has a shower.
On the middle level, you'll find the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The dining table seats six and the kitchen has two bar stools. The living room has a 40-inch flat-screen TV and a sofa and loveseat that surrounds the flagstone wood-burning fireplace. The deck off of the living room has chairs and a gas grill.
A loft, above the living room, is accessed by stairs and includes two twin beds.
Things to Note (subject to change w/out notice): Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass is required for each guest using the pool, golf, or tennis (even babies). Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed prior to your arrival. Winter: The Village Facility hot tub, sauna, and steam room are open until the end of November to mid-April. Summer: Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. The Village Pool is open from July through September. Tennis and golf are open from May - October (weather permitting). THE HARKER CENTER POOL WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE 2023 SUMMER SEASON.
About Sunburst
The Sunburst Complex is conveniently located not far from the Elkhorn Village and bike path and is on the Elkhorn Golf Course. The complex also has a pool of its own, along with a jacuzzi and sauna. KART buses provide free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley and Warm Springs.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Sunburst.

especially susceptible to closure for maintenance. While we
understand that our customers often choose a property based on
amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an
amenity not being available during your stay.
POLICIES
Sunburst Unit 2778 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depends on season.
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
