About "Unit 01"
This exceptional corner unit is just a short walk from the River Run lifts, downtown Ketchum, the bike path, and hiking trails, making it the perfect Sun Valley headquarters for all of your adventures. Despite its proximity to town, wildlife can be seen everywhere from this condo - from the birds at the feeder in the warmer weather to the occasional deer, elk, or moose who meander by in the early mornings.
Featuring three bedrooms, this cozy condo offers guests a spacious living area and is perfect for couples or families. Gather around the gorgeous river rock fireplace in the evening and take in the mountain views from the comfort of the living room, or from one of the two pleasant balconies. The unit also provides plenty of entertainment, with ample games for all ages, three TVs, and internet access.
For your convenience, there is also a washer and dryer in the unit as well as a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor grill for meals at home.
The condo complex also has a hot tub, exercise room, and covered parking for a stress-free stay in Sun Valley.
Things to Note: This unit does not have central air conditioning but has a portable unit in one bedroom and a window unit in the primary bedroom.

The Snowstar complex offers deluxe accommodations in a select location for winter and summertime fun in the Sun Valley area. The Snowstar Condominiums are conveniently located in West Ketchum on the bikepath and a short distance-about 1.5 city block-to the River Run lifts and the Big Wood River.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Snowstar Condominiums.

strive to get you the lowest possible price.

"The condo was exactly as described and was extremely well suited for our needs! The only downside was the temperature control. It was always too hot and we could not adjust the temperature even after calling for help."

Amenities such as hot tubs and pools are
especially susceptible to closure for maintenance. While we
understand that our customers often choose a property based on
amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an
amenity not being available during your stay.
POLICIES
Snowstar Condominiums Unit 01 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 nights depending on time of year.
Check In/Out Time: 5:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Directions to accommodations provided prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 25% deposit is due at time of booking. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day. If a booking is made on or less than 60 days before your arrival day, full payment will be due upon booking. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your arrival day, a full refund will be issued less a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds once you are 59 days or less prior to your arrival day. (May vary with packages)
