About "Unit 878"
The Lodge Apartments are popular because they are so strategically located to everything the Sun Valley Resort has to offer; it's a casual stroll to the Village, the ice rink, the Concert Pavilion, the pools, the bowling alley, restaurants, and shops. This particular Lodge apartment has been beautifully remodeled and updated with tremendous attention to detail. It is very spacious and will exceed all your expectations. Upon entering the door, there is a little mud room storage area off to the left, with a bench for easy removal of shoes and boots. To your right is a large laundry room with a deep laundry sink, closet, and plenty of storage. The hardwood floors in the hallway lead you to the first bedroom on the right which has two full beds with lovely fabrics and art; it is charmingly well-appointed and very comfortable. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a large marble shower and a redwood sauna.
Across the hall is an enormous master suite; from built-ins over the headboard, a huge walk-in closet with drawers, mirrors, and a comfortable chair with an ottoman; this master bedroom is as good as it gets. The master bath is white marble throughout with his and her sinks, truly making this a deluxe master bedroom.
This unit also features an attractive office space with lots of room to spread out. The large living room is cozy and comfortable with a flat-screen TV, stone fireplace, and dining room table that seats 8.
Access to the Sun Valley Inn pool (year-round) and during peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids' pools.

The Lodge Apartments were built to suit the luxury ski lodge standard of Sun Valley's early years - woodsy, spacious, warm and basically timeless. The Lodge Apartments are immediately adjacent to the Sun Valley Lodge, affording easy access to the many amenities of Sun Valley Village. The celebrated Sun Valley Ice Rink is less than a block away.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Lodge Apartments.

"Great deluxe/luxury apartment. Huge kitchen with all Viking appliances. It could use a better coffee maker and an actual land line telephone (phone number listed in checkin materials but no phone). Close to the Lodge and the skating rink. "

POLICIES
Lodge Apartments Unit 878 Cancellation and other Policies
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
