About "Unit 1B"
This 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhome is conveniently located about three blocks from downtown Ketchum and approximately six blocks from the River Run ski lift access area. At 2,000 square feet, this townhome will accommodate up to 6 guests.
There are three levels of living space; the first level is the front door entry where you will find the laundry room with a washer/dryer as well as a built-in wood bench to take off your shoes or ski boots before heading upstairs.
The second level is where you enter the kitchen/dining and living room. The living area offers a leather couch and chairs facing the rock gas fireplace and a streaming 50-inch HDTV above the fireplace which is for your Apple TV account (no cable). There is a small deck off the living/dining area. The dining table seats 6 and there is extra seating with 3 bar stools at the granite island in the kitchen area. The kitchen has all modern conveniences including a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances, alder cabinets, and ample counter space. The first guest bedroom is also on this level and offers a queen bed and a 32-inch HDTV that is internet only (no cable). There is a bathroom in the hall for this bedroom and for guests.
The top level is where the second guest bedroom is located with a king bed, an en-suite bath with a slate shower and bathtub, and a walk-in closet. The master suite is adjacent with a king bed, en-suite bath with a soaking tub and separate shower enclosure, dual vanity and a walk-in closet, a desk, and a 42-inch HDTV that is internet only (no cable). The master suite offers spectacular views of Bald Mountain and has a ceiling fan.
Ample storage, a washer/dryer, central A/C, private wireless internet, and easy access to all that Sun Valley has to offer, makes this property a perfect place to call home.
Things to Note: No garage parking. The garage is available for equipment storage but not to park a vehicle.

These deluxe townhomes are located at the entrance to downtown Ketchum, one half mile to Bald Mountain and walking distance to the restaurants and shops. These deluxe units feature hardwood floors, fireplace, garage, community hot tub and decks on all three levels. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, gas range and state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances.

POLICIES
Ski View Townhomes Unit 1B Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
