This condo welcomes your group for an invigorating getaway filled with outdoor adventures near Bald Mountain! Spend your days bombing down powder-laden slopes or hiking challenging trails with epic views, then come home to relax or soak in the shared hot tub. Catch an afternoon nap on the comfy couch in the living area, or turn on one of the lamps and relax with a good book while a fire in the fireplace warms the room. You could also flip on the TV, put in a DVD, and gather your group for an afternoon movie. When your group gets hungry, head into the kitchen to whip up a meal. An updated space with modern appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of cookware, the kitchen is well-prepared for all of your culinary creations! If the weather permits, dine alfresco on the deck, where you'll enjoy beautiful mountain views. Feel like having a barbecue? Use the gas grill and go right ahead!
Conveniently situated at the base of Bald Mountain in the world-class ski destination of Sun Valley/Ketchum, this location is an outdoor enthusiast's dream! Take a short walk to the Challenger and Greyhawk ski lifts for a quick ride to the top of 9,150-foot Bald Mountain, or catch a shuttle into downtown Ketchum for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Things to Note: This unit does not have a washer/dryer in the unit, but there are laundry facilities on the premises.

About Sawtooth
The Sawtooth Condominiums are on Ritchie Drive in Warm Springs about 1 block to the ski lifts and close to the apres ski spots. Downtown Ketchum is about three miles away and can be reached via the free KART service which stops less than one block from the condominium.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Sawtooth.

especially susceptible to closure for maintenance. While we
understand that our customers often choose a property based on
amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an
amenity not being available during your stay.
POLICIES
Sawtooth Unit 34 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depending on time of year and occupancy.
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
