Often referred to as Seafoam Cottage, this deluxe Cottonwood unit is definitely a step above the ordinary. With two levels starting on the ground floor, it is tastefully decorated and color-coordinated with light tan carpet, light tan furniture with southwestern accents, and mirrored walls. There's a nice redwood deck off of the living room with patio furniture, a BBQ grill and excellent views as well. Two gas fireplaces complete the warmth and ambiance of this unit.
The first level is where you will find the second bedroom with a two Twin beds. The third bedroom is on the second level with two twin-sized beds that can be bridged prior to arrival to make a king at the guest's request. The master is also on the second level and has a King-sized bed, a large river-rock fireplace, a full bathroom en-suite and plenty of closet space. A balcony with sliding doors offers excellent views of the mountains.
One full bath is located on the first floor to accommodate the bedroom, the living and the dining area. The second full bath is located in the hall on the second level to accommodate the bedroom. The third full bath is very large and located in the master bedroom.
Plenty of light and counter space makes this kitchen convenient to prepare any size meal. It is fully stocked with cookware and appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher. This unit is sometimes referred to as a "cottage" due to the fact that it is free-standing and does not share walls with any other units as most other condos do.
About Cottonwood
The Cottonwood Condominiums are located on Dollar Road about 2 city blocks from the Sun Valley Village. Ski lifts are 1.5 miles away, but reachable by KART busses which stop at the village circle. Beyond the indoor ice rink and just across the street, Cottonwood Condominiums, offer one, two and three bedroom units. A perfect family option, fireplace and decks come with all condominiums.

POLICIES
Cottonwood Seafoam Cottage (Unit 1455) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depends on season.
Check In/Out Time: 4:00pm/11:00am
Check in Location: 24 hour front desk
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 fee. Deposits will be forfeited if canceling less than 30 days prior to arrival. Sun Valley Resort policy is to charge for "no shows" as well as early departures made within 7 days of arrival. For all reservations between December 24th and December 31st, there is a 60 days cancellation policy, at which time the reservation cannot be cancelled nor shortened.
