Upstairs is an open loft TV room with a Roku TV and DVD player, a sofa sleeper, plus an additional room with a bunk bed. The living area downstairs features a wood stove in the living room, a small balcony, and a large dining room table that accommodates all your guests. Parking for guests is in a one-car garage below the condo as well as additional parking for one car in front of the garage. The unit is fully equipped with Wi-Fi and has a full-sized washer and dryer.

General Policies
Cancellation: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures.
