Staying at this condo means you'll be part of a community that includes access to a shared outdoor hot tub and easy access to the slopes. You'll also be just a short distance from the quaint downtown Ketchum area where you can peruse the art galleries and bookstores or enjoy a delicious meal at the restaurants and coffee shops.
This cozy condo offers lots of sunlight and pine tree views. Enter through the second floor into a living area with a cozy river-rock fireplace and warm wood-paneled ceilings. After a day of cycling on the trail that follows the Big Wood River, kick back with drink, slip a CD into the player and listen to your favorite tunes or get swept away with a game on the X-Box. When the snow flies, throw a log on the fire and enjoy a movie on the DVD player or a cable show, or check local restaurants on your laptop or tablet with the free WIFI.
The open kitchen decked out with new appliances has everything you'll need to prepare home-cooked meals, including a dishwasher for easy clean-up. There are seats for six at the dining table, which is situated in front of the sliding glass doors leading out to a deck. You will love watching the sun rise while eating some fluffy scrambled eggs and sipping on hot coffee. Outside on the deck, you'll find a gas grill for summertime barbecues. The balcony even overlooks Trail Creek, so it's the perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine and listen to the water bubbling past on warm afternoons.
This well-furnished Ketchum condo has three bedrooms and a loft, comfortably accommodating six guests. Along with the living and dining areas, the main floor has two bedrooms. One has a luxurious queen bed and the second has two twins - a perfect room for the kids to call their own during your stay. There's also another full bath for your convenience and a washer and dryer on this level.
Upstairs, the loft bedroom has a comfortable king bed and views of the Mt. Baldy ski slopes, along with a private full bath of its own. After a long day on the slopes, you will enjoy snuggling up under the warm comforter.
About Bridgepoint
Bridgepoint Condominiums are located in a convenient corner of Ketchum, just a few feet from the banks of Trail Creek. The complex is conveniently located near the bike path in the summer and is within walking distance of the River Run ski lifts on Bald Mountain. Common area hot tub and outdoor parking for up to two cars only. The free Mountain Rides shuttle stops half a block from the complex to reach the River Run lifts or access the cities of Ketchum and Sun Valley for your shopping and dining pleasures.

"The unit was clean and comfortable and was a great location to Baldy. The only drawback was the dishwasher did not work well and we had to hand-wash all of our dishes after every meal."

POLICIES
Bridgepoint Unit 28 (Bridgepoint Condo on Trail Creek) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Nights
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
