About "Unit 2737 (Soulitude)"
This inviting, family-friendly, Sun Valley vacation rental rests on the fourth hole of the Elkhorn Golf Course, a stone's throw from Dollar Mountain. Inside, you'll find vaulted ceilings, a bright, cozy living area warmed by a gas-ignited wood-burning fireplace, a dining table with seating for six, and a well-equipped, full kitchen with a breakfast bar. Outside, enjoy a view of the golf course from the furnished balcony (seasonal) or the lower-level patio. Guests will also enjoy access to an on-site, shared summer pool and a year-round hot tub.
Just a few steps to a stop on the Mountain Rides free blue line bus route that can take you to any of the ski hills, golf courses, shops, and restaurants in Sun Valley, Ketchum, or Warm Springs.
Includes access to Elkhorn Association amenities (with requested passes), however, due to local restrictions, some amenities are unavailable until further notice (as of August 2020).
Please note for Summer 2020: The pool and hot tub at Sunburst will not be open and usage of the decks has been prohibited until they can be replaced.
Due to construction, there will be no pool or hot tub access during the 2020 and 2021 winter seasons.
About Sunburst
The Sunburst Complex is conveniently located not far from the Elkhorn Village and bike path and is on the Elkhorn Golf Course. The complex also has a pool of its own, along with a jacuzzi and sauna. KART buses provide free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley and Warm Springs.

POLICIES
Sunburst Unit 2737 (Soulitude) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depends on season.
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
