General Policies

Cancellation: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations.

Minimum Stay: 2-4 depending on the season

About Aspen Village

Aspen Village condos back up to the McCall Golf Course and each unit is individually owned with its own character and decor. They are walking distance to Davis Beach, Payette Lake, Ponderosa State Park and downtown McCall.

Aspen Village has an on site sports club for lodging guests to use. The club features an indoor pool, racquetball courts, basketball court, hot tub, sauna and fitness center.

Aspen Village is the largest condominium complex in McCall which makes it perfect for groups and family reunions. Please note that the Aspen Village complex no longer allows RV's and trailers, particularly snowmobile trailers, within Aspen Village, per the covenants of the condominium association.

Hours for the Aspen Village Clubhouse are Mon-Fri (6am-9pm), Sat (9am-9pm) and Sun (9am-5pm). Closed on Christmas Day, Easter Sunday and limited hours on New Years Eve & New Years Day. Hours subject to change and may vary over holidays.

"Pros 1. Location was very close to Club. 2. We had 8 people and we had plenty of space. Cons 1. All beds were so hard that no one slept well. 2. A few kitchen basics, like measuring cups and colander where missing. "

"We had a party of 10 stay at Unit 32 in Aspen Village. We were very comfortable in this unit. It was roomy, and had a space for everyone in our bunch! We enjoyed how close it was to tennis, swimming, bike trails, the lake, shopping. We had a wonderful weekend get-a-way! All our needs were met! Thanks!"

"The only problems we encountered were that the fridge leaked every time we used the water and ice maker feature, and you need to take your own supply of toilet paper. Also, we missed the use of a pool and exercise facility, which burned down a few years ago. The use of a pool and hot tub had always been nice in the past after a day of skiing."
