General Policies

Cancellation: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations.
Check In/Out Times: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Minimum Stay: 2-4 depending on the season

About Aspen Village

Aspen Village condos back up to the McCall Golf Course and each unit is individually owned with its own character and decor. They are walking distance to Davis Beach, Payette Lake, Ponderosa State Park and downtown McCall.

Aspen Village has an on site sports club for lodging guests to use. The club features an indoor pool, racquetball courts, basketball court, hot tub, sauna and fitness center.

Aspen Village is the largest condominium complex in McCall which makes it perfect for groups and family reunions. Please note that the Aspen Village complex no longer allows RV's and trailers, particularly snowmobile trailers, within Aspen Village, per the covenants of the condominium association.

Hours for the Aspen Village Clubhouse are Mon-Fri (6am-9pm), Sat (9am-9pm) and Sun (9am-5pm). Closed on Christmas Day, Easter Sunday and limited hours on New Years Eve & New Years Day. Hours subject to change and may vary over holidays.

"The extra beds and room were nice to consider for future rentals. The foosball & bumper pool tables were fun for the kids. The only complaint was the bed in the second bedroom was not very comfortable."

"It was a great condo. Kids enjoyed the fooseball table and dart board! Our only complaint was something they can't control - hard to cool off at night as there wasn't a cross breeze to the bedrooms. However, they did provide fans. Lots of kitchen ware which made it easy for us to cook. Very clean and had what we needed."

"It was a great weekend. Place was warm and comfy. Kids loved swimming at the clubhouse. Only negative comment is we had no toilet paper or papertowels or dishsoap so we went to pauls market to buy them. "

"The condo was really nice, better than the pictures on the website. The only thing was it could have been cleaned a bit better, there were potato chips and peanut shells on the floor and the hand railing going upstairs was very dirty, just needed cleaned off. Everything else was clean. We would stay there again, really had fun."

"The ad advertises a pool table, the condo has one, but noone told us that we had to pay a deposit to use the pool table. So, I got there, had to call the place then go back into McCall to get the key to the table and back to the condo. Oh, and watch your head walking around upstairs! Low bridge! Other than that, a decent (if somewhat retro) place."

"I had asked for a three bedroom situation. My husband and I had to sleep in the loft on the bunk bed/trundle. It was hot upstairs. We loved the condo but would also request a one level spot if we were to stay again (my mother is older and has a hard time with stairs). We really do think these are great units and enjoyed our stay."

"The unit we stayed in was well equipped and had plenty of room for everyone. This listing didn't indicate that the unit had a pool table, so that was a pleasant surprise. Our teens loved it! It would have been nice to have a few more cleaning products in the condo, however (dishwasher detergent, paper towels, soaps, etc.). Overall, we had a blast in McCall and would recommend Aspen Village to others."
