Get your fill of living like a McCall local at this perfect escape perched mere steps from the clear water of Payette Lake and a short walk from downtown. The views of Payette Lake are wonderful from this third-floor unit, which is accessible from an outdoor, covered stairwell. This single-level condo features three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The full kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, modern cookware, and bar seating. The balcony will be just the place to decompress and sip a favorite beverage in the summer breeze. Come winter, the pellet stove will provide plenty of warmth as everyone gathers in the living area to watch favorite movies.
The master bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom with a stall shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds. These bedrooms would share the full bathroom in the hallway.
Extra perks include high-speed WiFi, a private washer and dryer, and a Pack-n-Play for the little ones.
Things to Note: This unit is on the third floor with quite a few stairs up from the parking lot.
Parking Notes: There is parking available for 1 car in the garage and 1 car in front of the garage and/or in the parking lot.
About Sugar Loaf
The Sugar Loaf complex is conveniently located only two blocks from Payette Lake and three blocks to downtown McCall as well as very short walking distance from the marina and two lakefront parks. Enjoy the freedom of being able to walk to bike around McCall. These condos are also located in an area close to other condo complexes, which proves convenient when planning large family gatherings. The units are nicely appointed with lake views.

POLICIES
Sugar Loaf Unit 24 (Hemlock Hideaway) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2-4 Nights Depending on Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
