About "Unit 4033"
This newly remodeled two-bedroom, two-bath condo is located in Elkhorn on the second floor and will sleep four guests. All on one level the living area has a gas-ignited, wood-burning fireplace and a 45-inch flat-screen TV. There is access to a small deck with a table and two chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked and has stainless steel appliances. The dining table has bench seating for four and there are two bar stools at the kitchen counter.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, a 36-inch flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a single-sink vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds and access to the hallway bathroom that has a single-sink vanity and a shower/tub combo. There is a stack washer/dryer in the hallway closet next to the master bedroom. There are hardwood floors throughout with nice new touches.
Access to a summer pool, year-round hot tub, and sauna is on-site. Guests also have access to the Elkhorn Clubhouse at the Harker Center, and all Elkhorn amenities (including the Harker Center amenities). Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, and steam room are open from the end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open early June - Labor Day. Village Pool is open from July - September. Tennis and Golf are open from May - October (weather permitting). HARKER CENTER POOL WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE 2023 SUMMER SEASON.
Things to Note: The area offers a free bus shuttle that picks you up just across the main street from the complex, which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort, and Elkhorn Resort.
About The Bluff
Named for the land feature they sit on, the Bluff Condominiums are located on Horseshoe Road 1 mile from the Elkhorn Plaza. Sun Valley Village is about 2 miles away, and Ketchum & the River Run lift are about 3.5 miles away.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at The Bluff.

POLICIES
The Bluff Unit 4033 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3 to 7 depending on season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
