Mountain lodge ambiance awaits you in this warmly decorated, spacious, and comfortable condo. Located on the 8th green of the Elkhorn golf course, the condo features golf course and mountain views, the community bike/pedestrian path, and the Mountain Rides bus stop for a short ride to the ski areas, Sun Valley Village, and Ketchum.
This two-level, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo features a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, and a washer/dryer. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, and the guest bedroom has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have a private full bathroom.
The condo also has two extended outdoor decks, one adjacent to the upper-level living area and the other adjacent to the primary bedroom. The upstairs deck features a Weber gas grill for outdoor barbecues, and both decks have seasonal, outdoor furniture.

Paralleling the golf course, the Ridge Condominiums offer one and two bedroom units within easy walking distance of Dollar Mountain.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Ridge.

POLICIES
Ridge Unit 2682 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depending on Season
Check In/Out Time: 5:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Directions to accommodations provided prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 25% deposit is due at time of booking. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day. If a booking is made on or less than 60 days before your arrival day, full payment will be due upon booking. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your arrival day, a full refund will be issued less a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds once you are 59 days or less prior to your arrival day. (May vary with packages)
