This 2.5 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps 8 people. It features a full kitchen, laundry, private balcony with amazing lake views and cable TV. All condos have summer access to the outdoor, heated pool and private beach.
About Crystal Beach
The Crystal Beach condos are located on Payette Lake with seasonal outdoor pool, lake & beach access during the summer. Located just a short walk from downtown, and located on the desirable south side of Payette Lake, Crystal Beach condominiums are a popular rental choice in both the summer and winter.
Views of Payette Lake are unobstructed from all units.
General Rules for Renters:
- Renters must register with the Crystal Beach Manager prior to or upon occupancy.
- Renters and there guests may not have pets of any kind on the property.
- Renter's guests (people other than those listed on the registration form) may not use the common area facilities including, but, not limited to, the pool area, beach or bocks.
- Renters may not store their boat or watercraft in any of the slips or dock spaces.
General:
* Pool Hours 10:00am - 10:00pm
* Quiet Times 10:00pm - 9:00am
* No trailers, RV campers or commercial vehicles are allowed to be parked in the parking lot.
All guests must sign the registration form before they enter the unit. The unit only allows the number of guests staying as it has beds to accommodate.

amenity including hot tub use and internet access and does not
provide a credit or refund for missing or amenities that are not
available during your stay. All rentals are subject to our

"The view from this condo unit was spectacular. This unit has an enclosed deck which was great. The bed linens were not clean which created some problems (we had to wash all the sheets at midnight). The folks at Crystal Beach were courteous and refunded some of our payment which was very fair. "

POLICIES
Crystal Beach Unit C-56 (Crystal Beach) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2-7 nights Depending on Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
